During Elissa Slotkin’s controversial career in foreign policy, she has supported some of the most extreme ideas on the left, including the Iran Nuclear Deal, which gave taxpayer dollars to a country which supports terrorism.

Under the cover of darkness, the U.S. secretly delivered pallets of cash to Iran. A deal so controversial that even the Secretary of State John Kerry admitted the money could still be funneled to radical terrorist groups.

Experts have also acknowledged that the deal did nothing to fully prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon in the near future.

With radical views like this, it is easy to see why the late Senator John McCain called her “totally unqualified” following her confirmation hearing for Assistant Secretary of Defense.  

Elissa Slotkin’s support of such a controversial and dangerous plan puts her far outside of the mainstream views in Michigan. Going into the November elections, voters will need to decide whether they feel safe and secure with Elissa Slotkin representing them in Congress.
